Tri-wing is a marking which affects feathers and membranous variations in the Tark'ee. This adds up to 2 additional colours to these areas. Below are examples of allowed ranges, but this is flexible (rarely beyond the ranges though). Range is the same for dominant or recessive Tri-wing - the guides below simple give an idea of where to place the colours you have chosen. Typically, feather variations have hard-edged markings whilst membranes have a soft edge or gradient from one colour to the next. If the Tark'ee has this marking but does not have any feather or membranous variation, then it is not expressed in the phenotype / import - though you may opt to 'express' in in horns and spine variations. NOTE: You may opt to colour in just the underside of the wings, upperside of wings, or both. Same goes for all other variations with upper-under sides. |
