Seaweed is an irregular, wavy marking which covers the Tark'ee. This marking may be black, white, lighter than or darker than the base coat. It may be inherited from either one of its parents (colour of their seaweed or their coat).
Seaweed can be symmetrical or asymmetrical and can cover as little as a few stripes on the Tark'ee. This marking cannot have holes in itself, but may create new markings outside of itself - this is not a solid marking, though it must have a hard edge. In it's dominant form, Seaweed can hold two colour - one lighter and one darker. In the presence of Chromatic, dominant Seaweed's two colours don't have to be the same hue - they can be vastly different. Below is an example of Seaweed, as well as in its dominant form. |
