Eyes are only able to be inherited directly from the parents. This does not need to be exactly colour picked from a parent, but must resemble that colour.
Eyes cannot be too saturated (markings, mutations, variations may override). You may add shadows and highlights to the eyes (and flesh). You may also freely choose between a slit, round, or oval pupil. The iris colour may cover the entire eyeball, or you may opt to have a white sclera. Black sclera is an inheritable-only trait and must be present in one of the parents in order to be present in the offspring. Additionally, vertical pupils, like those resembling a cephalopod or goat, are inheritable only. |
